Son has itches which when scratched arise from deep within skin. they do not heal but develop watery pustules, which bleed, dry up then return?

See doctor: Does your child have eczema? if so the pustules might have been from staph introduced into the skin from the scratching. Regardless, an allergist or dermatologist would be ones you should consult.
