No: A bit of antacid won't put your calcium in the high range. Your workup will include a repeat. If you have sarcoid, a parathyroid adenoma, have been overdoing vitamin d, or have some other cause of hypercalcemia, or whether this is an artifact or lab error, it will get sorted out -- and it's important.
