No: The electrolytes and ions in our blood are very tightly regulated by our body. Anything that you take by mouth (Tums) will have no immediate effect on the blood level of any ion. You should be worked up for that. You may have some nasty process going on in your bones. Hopefully you do not, but do not neglect it!
