Fertility specialist: After age 35 a woman's chances of falling pregnant naturally start falling quite rapidly. Seeing a fertility specialist early is a sensible move to ensure that any possible impediments to falling pregnant (eg. PCOS, male infertility) are identified and managed promptly. Aim for optimum health too - don't smoke/drink, take iodine/folate, eat well, exercise regularly, cut out caffeine etc.
