Can happen anytime: Typically a D&C doesn't increase your chances of becoming pregnant. And fertility, if it's going to happen, can happen right away (4-6 weeks) after having a D&C. If you haven't been able to conceive, I'm assuming your doctor checked your weight, your thyroid, and your pituitary if you've been trying for a long time. You're on fertility pills, as you say, so your own ob/gyn should be able help
