Highish.: You are at relatively higher risk. Not black and white although > 35 is generally considered high. Risk is really a spectrum and is in part dictated by many of your personal factors as well as factors in your health care system ( skill and experience, location, etc.). Talk with your doc before you get pregnant to reduce your risk and get a preview of recommended monitoring.

Not really.: Being 35 or older (advanced maternal age), there is an increased risk of having a chromosomal disorder, however, this does not mean that your pregnancy is high risk. Talk to your doctor about your health and risks specific to you.
