More worries...: Numbers are just numbers. They have no sense of fairness or unfairness. If one's height is shrinking, there are more things to worry about than being overweight. Height loss may be due to osteoporosis of the spinal bones, due to deterioration of the discs between the spinal bones, or both. A primary care doctor can evaluate if there is significant height loss from year to year.
