If : If you have a history of blood clots in the leg or pulmonary blood vessels, you should absolutely see a physician if you are experiencing pain or swelling in the leg after a traumatic injury. History of blood clots, leg trauma, prolonged immobility, and certain medical conditions increase the risk of blood clots. This condition is potentially very dangerous, so please see a doctor if you have not already done so.
