Not really: Flonase is a nasal steroid best used for allergic nasal conditions or nasal polyps.The Eustachian tubes are best cleared with nasal lavage and gargling with warm water: if severe, and if not hypertensive, you can use a 12 hr. nasal decongestant for no more than 2 days.
