Is it common to need a second knee scope for knee degeneration first was 2 years ago knee pain has now returned?

Degeneration: Degeneration continues. It never sleeps. If it was present two years ago, it's likely worse now. I would make sure that the arthroscopy has specific purposes rather then just another arthroscopy for the purposes of "cleaning up'
