Cold oral sensations: This complaint does not seem to follow an anatomic pattern. However, sinus and allergies often present in very complex complaint patterns. A complete oral exam along with sinus films or CTs would be a good idea, along with a trial of OTC or prescribed sinus/allergy medication.
