We : We like to think that sinusitis has a constellation of symptoms--the more symptoms you have, the more likely it is sinusitis. You can have just pressure in the sinus areas (brow area, between the eyes, behind the eyes, under the eyes, etc.) but not have the congestion, pressure, post nasal drip. This may resolve, or may progress with the addition of those symptoms. Good luck. Afrin and/or a decongestant may help, but doing nothing may be fine too.
