We : We like to think that sinusitis has a constellation of symptoms--the more symptoms you have, the more likely it is sinusitis. You can have just pressure in the sinus areas (brow area, between the eyes, behind the eyes, under the eyes, etc.) but not have the congestion, pressure, post nasal drip. This may resolve, or may progress with the addition of those symptoms. Good luck. Afrin and/or a decongestant may help, but doing nothing may be fine too.

The : The anatomic area you are describing is the nasopharynx. This is where the adenoids are situated. In an adult this is rarely a problem as they atrophy with age and the area enlarges with skull base development . Other things in adults however can cause complaints such as cystic growths and both benign and rarely malignant neoplasms. For a persistent complaint such as this ( i don't know how long youv'e had it) i would recommend direct inspection with a rigid nasal endoscope or flexible scope in the office by an ent.
