You're probably not: Since the Mirena IUD is one of the most effective Long-Acting-Reversible- Contraceptives, your risk of pregnancy is quite low if the IUD is still in place. Try to "feel the string again" after your period; otherwise ask you gyn for a pelvic examination and be safe.
