Breath test: Would only diagnose bacterial overgrowth and malabsorptive conditions. For ulcers upper endoscopy is the standard diagnostic procedure.

Clear EKG (6 times), Chest Xray, Echo, Stress Test, Endoscopy (small ulcer), Ultrasound - Still chest pain and shortness of breath, even hard to sleep. Worried it is still my heart. Lungs sound good. Really just tired of all pain.
