Yes: Poor digestion or infection with the bacterium helicobacter pylori can allow stomach contents to ferment. Sulferous by-products of this can create a detectable odor. There are other more likely causes of bad breath but this is possible.

Bad breath: Yes any time you get regurgitation of your stomach material into your mouth you will probably feel like you have bad breath but just stomach problems or drugs will give you bad breath as well have it checked out by a gastroenterologist.
