Adenoids: Adults with enlarged adenoids usually have allergies, some have reflux. Adenoid can be source of increased nasopharyngeal drainage. See ENT or Allergist. may be able to shrink the adenoids with prednisone, better allergy management. Adenoidectomy in adults can have excessive bleeding.
