Exam : Please see your MD for a full history and physical. Ondansetron 4mg IM would be helpful in that situation but don't diagnose yourself. Get a full exam including a serum pregnancy test and rule out important causes of secondary dysmenorrhea like appendicitis, ectopic pregnancy, and ovarian cysts or torsion. Birth control is also helpful in the treatment of dysmenorrhea . http://tinyurl.com/hdjxks6
