Stomach bug.: This could be a stomach bug, but would depend on time course and associated symptoms as well. Vomiting with a stomach bug is not guaranteed, and an X-ray would usually be unrevealing in this context. Should not last more than one week, though, and if it does then you may want to entertain other diagnoses. But why Zofran (ondansetron) if you're not vomiting??
