Both cervical lymph nodes enlarged on both sides of my neck, but my right lymph node seems to be more enlarged than the other one. no pain. why?

Infection: Lymph nodes usually enlarge to fight off infection. That is their primary function. If they are larger than one centimeter (about a half inch) or if there are many of them and they are not going away, then see your doctor to make sure they are normal and not a cause for concern.
