It takes: working on a number of different things at the same time: Stay dry-keep your groin area dry. After drying thoroughly, the powder is a good idea. Clean clothes-daily underwear change (or more often!) Make sure underwear/athletic supporters/work out clothes fit well. Consider boxers. Don't share personal items.
