Anti-inflammatories: If there's no contraindications and the diagnosis is correct, anti-inflammatory drugs may be very useful. Check with your physician but using the appropriate doses and frequently enough and making sure that there's no adverse effects like G.I. upset, bleeding, fluid retention, kidney issues, or hypertension are important. Ibuprofen, Naproxen or even high dose aspirin. Coordinate with your doc.
