Gallbladder or...: Your age makes this quite unlikely but right sided pain could be your liver or gallbladder. It could be the pancreas or kidney but those pains are generally much more severe. I'm guessing you have a hiatal hernia that you are taking antacids for. Without an exam it's hard to say. We can walk you through the history and exam if you contact us otherwise I would recommend getting seen if severe.
