Type and symptoms: Hiatal hernia is a very common issue and finding especially in over weight population. Mostly it does not require any treatment unless it becomes symptomatic. Also it has a different types. All depends how bad is symptoms and type of hernia. In those case surgical intervention and treatment is needed.
