As you know,: creatine turns into creatine phosphate in the body and helps make ATP, a energy source for muscles. Evidence of its effectiveness is mixed: may help for short period of athletic activity; not for endurance. As with all supplements, their manufacture is not regulated. Most people can take with no problem, but I would stop and see if hair loss situation improves. Good wishes:)

Hair: It is possible that you had hair loss but there might be something different. You may have lost some hare caused by Creatine, but there may be something different. I honestly don't know how things will happen but I would like to learn what did happen. Michael Kleerekoper
