Im almost 16 and ive used creatine for a month now but ive noticed some hair loss/thinning so i stopped for 2 days now. is there anyway i can continue using it without losing hair? and is my hair going to get back to normal?

Using creatine is not doing you any good, other than lightening your wallet. Hair loss is co-incidental and not related to creatine intake. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
