I found a very small lump on the left side of my face very close to bottom of my ear, hurts when i poke it, doesn't seem to move. what could it be?

Lymph node: It is likely a lymph node and it should settle down in a few days. If it becomes larger or more painful you need to see a dr as it may be developing into an abscess.

Blocked gland?: A sebaceous cyst is a collection of oily fluid that occurs when an oil gland is blocked. Some folks are more prone to them than other and they often appear on the neck, shoulders, and back. Try to avoid skin products that are oily. Stay away from transfats and bad oils, which is good for overall health. See doc for proper diagnosis because it could be more serious.
