Moving lump: Can you give any insight on an under the skin, dime sized lump that moved from the bottom left side of neck to the bottom right side of head near brai? ANS: you did not mention if you have been in Africa recently where they have those worms that crawl under your skin? Assuming not this is a very strange lump. I would see what your Dr. says. Suspect it is not moving just 2 different ones.
