HIV concerns: Random bruising is generally NOT a sign of HIV. As far as the ulcers - likely aphthous ulcers - caused by a virus - but NOT HIV. Any ongoing risk factors for HIV?? - if your exposure was 2 years ago - I would expect other symptoms. Best suggestion - get an HIV test done - simple, relatively painless and will put your mind at ease.
