Depends: Depends on what it's for and how long you've been using it for. Generally, it can be used for seizures and occasionally as a mood stabilizer. If for seizures, risk goes up for breakthrough seizures with non-compliance. Talk to you prescribing physician and let them know.They may want to check serum levels and adjust accordingly.
