No: Although I do not know why you are on lamictal, perhaps for bipolar or even epilepsy, when you abruptly stop such a drug, there can be a risk of withdrawal, especially seizures. Best you are not off the meds, and see if you can contact a physician for a few day supply. The drug is now generic and "lamotrigine" would suffice. No otc equivalent exists.
