Take as prescribed: By taking Zoloft (sertraline) and Lamictal the same time each day, you maintain therapeutic blood levels for the best effect. Take your medications as prescribed and discuss with your doctor if you have trouble taking them consistently about the same time daily. Best wishes.

Med schedule: Both medications have been recommended usually as once per day. However, you can take them at 12 hours intervals but keeping the order, each am and pm. You could also take them together.
