Get in re-evaluated: Many people have degenerative rotator cuff tears as we mature and some of them can be traumatic. At this time after surgery I would recommend getting another Exam and possibly an MRI. Ask your orthopaedic surgeon for more details. Physical examination and imaging (MRI) are needed
