Worried about not getting enough sleep - will one night of 5 hours sleep impact on my week too much?

5 hours: If you were able to get your usual amount of sleep, hopefully 7-8 hours, the following night you should have had normal energy and stamina thereafter. It's not unusual to feel fatigued and even sleepiness the next day after only 5 hours sleep when your body is accustomed to 8 hours or so.
