1 year 1 month old child. waking regularly throughout the night for 2+ weeks. no longer breast feeding (or formula) for nearly 2 months. is it safe to administer benadryl to get her through one night so mommy can get some sleep?

Develop a bedtime routine, including bath and a book. Avoid more than two hours of screen time, especially two hours or less before bedtime. Benadryl should not be used as a sleep aide. Avoid extra feeds at night if she is not hungry. Watch for signs of any illness or distress.
