NGU?: You may have nongonococcal urethritis (NGU), i.e. urethral infection not due to gonorrhea. Like gonorrhea, almost all NGU is an STD. Chlamydia cause one third of cases, but exact cause usuallly unknown. Get examined soon, preferably when you haven't urinated for several hours (which washes out the urethra, making diagnosis more difficult). Health dept or Planned Parenthood are good for expert care
