No, no and no: No, you cannot taper off quickly as there may be unwelcomed "side effects" Some anti depressants can be used in pregnancy safely. Check with your OB MD and the MD giving the Lexapro.. No, you can't quit abruptly for the same reason. No, there is unlikely to be fetal damage at this point from its' use.
