See MD ASAP : Please see MD ASAP. I hope your temperature reading is wrong but if you feel tired and have a goiter myxedema coma could become a concern in your differential diagnosis. Need endocrinology consult tempo to be immediate or ER at level 1 hospital with endo on duty
