Bilateral ovulation: It is hard to know if the pain is related to ovulating n both sides without doing a sonogram at the time and seeing if there are 2 follciles that have just released an egg . That being said , it is possible to release 2 eggs in one month as that is how fraternal twins come about. Are there twins in your family?
