Can i take aleve with levofloxacin? i don't take aleve as a regime, but i have a low grade fever.

Use Tylenol: Both Aleve and Levaquin can cause upset stomach. Carefully monitor temperature with a reliable digital thermometer. Only use Tylenol for sustained temperature of 100 or greater.
