Need for evaluation: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking more history, physical examination and some tests. It would be prudent for you to consult your doctor as soon as you can.

CIDP management: In my review, i did not find fever as a manifestation of cidp. However, cidp is an immunological disorder that makes you more susceptible to infections. You need to see the physician who is treating your cidp for an evaluation. If he(she) has no new suggestions, ask for a referral to an infectious disease specialist.
