Did you eat beet: eating colored foods/vegetables can stain the body secretions. Also there is a condition called vicarious menstruation , in which in addition to menstrual bleeding you may bleed from other sites -nose, in urine, in stool. Also need to r/o bleeding tendency , recent onset if it is not your menstrual pd and you didn't eat anything colored food that can cause red urine.
