Hemorrhoids: The simple act of sitting on the toilet exerts pelvic pressure which may cause hemorrhoids to bleed. Because they are inside and not outside, you may not feel them nor know that they are in there. This is probably no big deal, but one good goal for you would be to eat a high fiber diet or use rectal suppositories. The more roughage and support you can put in there, the better your rectal health.
