Yes it can: unfortunately, please follow up with your ENT doctor or your allergist, you may need to be put on nasal sprays regularly for some time, or may need ventlation tubes. Eustachian tube dysfunction can last for some time if the cause for inflammation isn't controlled or resolved, good luck
