Hello. The eye drops probably would cause allergic eye symptoms before Eustachian tube (ET) irritation. The tear duct drains into your nose under your bottom turbinate. Nasal allergy symptoms would be irritation #2. The eye drops will dilute in your nasal mucus before it would reach the back of your nose where the ET connects to your ear. So unlikely directly causing ET symptoms. I hope this helps
