Dermographism: Avoid aspirin and alcohol. If you have eczema get a prescription cortisone [triamcinolone]. Use an antihistamine daily. Often the best one is Zyrtec. Generic cetirizine is same at lower price. Some people need to use 2 or 3 a day.
