ENT Dr. better,,,: It would likely be better to see an ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) Dr. for this issue as they are more familiar with the issues that can present like this. A dentist may be of help, but likely just for those cysts involved with the teeth and jaws, so unless it is related to dental work, an ENT Dr. through your primary Dr. would be better, as they can give you a full exam, so try to see them soon.
