With chronic allergic rhinosinustis i m tkng claritine 10mg/day &flixonase .5% 1 puf/nostril/day.will these meds fix underlying cause or just mask it?

Both: Sinusitis often occurs because of chronic blockage on the sinus openings leading to infection. Flonase can reduce the swelling in the nasal mucosa if used long enough (takes several days to get best results) but the dose you are using can be increased to 2 sprays. However some may still require an antibiotic.
