Well: Sounds like you have had this knee seen by a few doctors. I would suggest you return to your primary doctor and start over. Not right here for your symptoms. Be persistent until a diagnosis is found

Spine issue?: NMS but the numbness in your feet points to a nerve impingement issue likely starting at the lumbar spine. This may also be causing your knee pain as well especially there is no evidence of sprain or joint swelling. A neurologic exam may be in order.
