Stress: One of the most common reasons to have mild on-going diarrhea is stress and anxiety. If this sounds like it may be you, consider seeing a therapist. Other thoughts are food intolerance or allergy (like lactose intolerance). Also it is unclear what blood tests were done, may be helpful to take your results and the colonoscopy/ endoscopy reports for a second opinion. Good luck?

Irritable bowel: If all tests are negative then you probably have irritable bowel. That can be either diarrhea or constipation predominant. There are treatments for this. See your doctor or the gastroenterologist for treatment.
