Mild peritoneal sign: The description of symptoms given appear to represent peritoneal irritation post colonoscopy. Diarrhea can be normal because of prep but tenderness on pressing suggests local peritoneal signs where if a biopsy were taken, a miniscule perforation that has localized is causing the symptoms. If the WBC normal, just observe.
